Chess pairings

Swiss pairings information sessions.
Contact: Caleb:

By arrangement, free. A successfully simple one hour teaching session on the "Pure Swiss" pairing system as well as touching on variations used. By the end of the one hour, attendees can (and should) be able to demonstrate for example, how to pair 14 players/teams every round when there is only time for five or six rounds of play, ensuring credible standings, results, and everyone plays every round. This can be applied to many sporting events also. Incredibly simple. Manual pairings - no computers used. Sessions scheduled by arrangement.
(Most recent session (#6): April 2016).
